Thank you Battle.net & Blizzard for the amazing support, they usually replies in around half a day. Their amazing support system in the games their offer really surprised me. Compared to well-knowned gaming portals such as Valve. Steam. I would vote better for Blizzard than that over-rated company. Seriously, I opened a ticket in Valve regarding account issues and I haven't got any information and reply yet even after a full day. Blizzard should be one of the best companies in giving customer support, which should be the key priority in every digital, internet company. Anyways, they are the ones paying for the service and keeping your company running. Certainly, Blizzard support has inspired me greatly. I should be looking to produce evidence of how good Blizzard support is, as an example for other companies.
